We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All products sold on our website are under the guidelines of Arlo technologies reseller program and we only sell brand new products made available via Arlo distribution channels. Customers are requested to speak to our sales team before making purchase if there is any query regarding the product & GS computer will make every effort to help the customer to understand the Arlo technology, scope of support & plans available with the products.
You will be responsible to provide accurate information at the time placing order and we will not be able to alter any order once it is shipped. Falsification of information may lead to denial of any future orders or services form this website.
All shipments will be handled by our shipping vendor and customer will have to pay additional fees in case of opting for other mode of shipment. We will make all efforts to keep the customer updated about the order status .
GS computer support will not be held responsible for any delays while the package is in transit and will not be liable to pay any compensations during the delay period. Some unavoidable circumstances which are beyond our control like weather or traffic issues can cause delay.
In event of any device malfunction and return/exchange of defective product end user will be directed to speak to Arlo customer support. Any product received defective during shipment will be taken care by GS computer support services. If Buyer desires to return any Products, Buyer must initiate a new order for the replacement Products. GS Computer support services Inc may refuse delivery of any package without a valid, clearly visible RMA. All Products erroneously shipped by GS Computer support services Inc must be returned with the original packaging intact (including manufacturer’s shrink wrap) and otherwise in unused, resalable condition. Credit, if any, will be provided for Product returned in accordance with GS Computer support services Inc’s return policies at the time the RMA was issued, provided Buyer is not in breach of any of these Sales Terms. If Buyer returns any Products without GS Computer support services Inc’s authorization or does not comply with GS Computer support services Inc’s return requirements, those Products may be subject to return to the shipping location and, if refused, GS Computer support services Inc may consider the Products abandoned and dispose of them, without crediting Buyer’s account. GS Computer support services Inc reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for handling any Product that is erroneously returned. Customer will be entitled for full refund if the product is damaged during shipment or found damaged after opening the package. We will issue RMA as received from the distributor and upon receiving of the equipment, refund will be issued. There will be no refund if damage is accidental or intentional after opening the package. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 working days after the package is received by the warehouse.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
A GS computer support service gives top priority to safeguard our customer’s information and we do not sell or share any information shared through the online store.
In no case shall GS computer services, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You understand that any dispute arising from the usability of security devices & services will be addressed by the manufacturer Arlo technologies.
GS computer support services will make efforts possible for customer delight but cannot go beyond the limits set by Arlo technologies for serviceability of products being sold by us.
New products will be made available on the store by sole discretion of GS computer support and we do not guarantee end users for providing each and every product manufactured or recommended by Arlo.
We may send new product offers to customers who opt in for our newsletter during the check out process. we will never send any junk or spam emails and customer can unsubscribe anytime from our email list.
Our online store is managed through third party service provider and all data processed under the store front is limited to product selection only and your personal information apart from email /shipping address will not will captured in the store application.
Any changes with the order shipment are possible upto 4 hours after the order is placed. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled however customer can return the product with valid reason for return and after getting RMA.
While placing the placing the order you understand that GS computer support is a Arlo product reseller and agree to all the terms and conditions . Any disputes arising will be under the jurisdiction of law of california state.
As per Arlo support plans clients using basic Arlo plan can vail free support from Arlo upto 90 days only. Afterwards there will a small fee for advance feature troubleshooting. GS computer support services do charge a small fee as well for advance troubleshooting and provides onsite support if requested to arlo users as per its own onsite support policy. All Arlo paid plan users will be guided to Arlo support number for product support.
GS computer support will assist all customers who purchase products from our online store as per Arlo support guidelines only except onsite service requests.

Any discount coupons made available can be withdrawn without prior notice and GS computer support can stop any sales offers at its own discretion. Customers who opt in for for our email promotion may get custom offers which cannot be availed otherwise.
